Ayla is a Senior Associate on the Investment Team at Lotus Capital, specializing in Deeptech investments within the Growth fund.

Prior to joining Lotus, Ayla invested in early-stage companies at XRC Ventures, where she focused on AI-automation, supply chain solutions, retailer SaaS and consumer social. Ayla first began her investing career as a PE Analyst at Ardian, gaining valuable insights into the financial aspects of a successful, mature business. Following, Ayla got exposure to the world of technology in her role at Accenture. There, she advised Fortune 500 clients on enterprise strategy and technology solutions.

Ayla holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University. She is passionate about partnering with founders and helping them think strategically about their goals which brought her to serve as a mentor for Techstars JP Morgan, where she guides and supports emerging tech entrepreneurs.

Amit Kini

Amit started his career as a private equity Analyst at ISquaredCapital, a leading global infrastructure PE firm. At ISQ, Amit executed financial models for portfolio companies and acquisitions, creating lists for potential investments, and keeping partnership up to date with deal flow and market trends. Following his time in PE, Amit joined Altimetrik, a pure-play data and digital engineering solutions company. There, Amit was a market analyst, tasked with creating competitive advantage solutions, as well as modeling the companies’ financial projections.

Amit graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance & Administration from the Driehaus College of Business at DePaul University where he also spent his time on frequency and sound design.
